Roasted Salmon

Simple oven-roasted salmon with lemon, garlic, and herbs.

Instructions

  1. Step 1 Heat oven to 400°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment (or lightly oil it).
  2. Step 2 Pat salmon dry. Place on the pan and rub with olive oil.
  3. Step 3 Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4 Mix together olive oil, juice from ½ lemon, and dry seasoning. Rub the mixture generously over the salmon.
  5. Step 5 Roast 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily and is just cooked through.
